SUGAR FREE BANANA PROTEIN FLAP JACKS

4 Cups of rolled oats

2 large bananas

3 scoops banana flavour whey protein

1/2 cup hot water

Place the oats in a large bowl

mix bananas, water and whey with a hand blender

add the mix to the oat and mix together well

Spread the mix in a baking tray and cook at 180 for 25 mins

turn out onto a wire rack to cool then cut into portions

You can make big batches and freeze them, just defrost what you nedd each day.
