ONE MANS TRAINING FOR A SPARTAN RACE
As I am entering my first Spartan this year I am increasing the amount of upper body work I do. Particularly exercises that involve pulling up my own body weight. The monkey bars and climbing rope in West End Park in March are proving useful for this. Of course I am also continuing with my running up and down the River Nene in March and working in a few endurance challenges as well to make sure I am prepared to keep on going even when exhausted.
