My 4 month weight loss success.

In 2012 I weighed in at a little over 14st. I started training in November 2012 and reduced my bad food intake and cut out eating after 7pm and dropped the booze almost completely.

Feb 24th 2013, this morning I weighed in at 12st 5lb. Wit 13.8% body fat. I look great, Still muscular but lean and athletic instead of stocky. Hope to get down to 11st 12lb then increase food intake to keep up with my calorie use and training. Ultimately I expect to stabilise at 12st.
