Wow! What a killer weekend.
I have just finished a very intense training weekend of circuit based training.
No less than four different circuit classes on Saturday and nine training classes on Sunday. I am now hurting in places I didn’t know I had, but it has been fantastic.
I have had my memory thoroughly refreshed and really enjoyed the opportunity to train and work with other trainers and see their training styles and learn a few new exercises myself.
Circuit training remains one of the most effective ways of ensuring a really thorough whole body workout and of introducing some real variety into your workouts.
Weather your aim is to break a plateau, just get fitter or lose some weight, circuits are a real fun and challenging way to get the job done.
